The following terms apply when you browse herscheltrip.shop or submit an order there.

We are a U.S.-registered online retailer serving customers in Canada. The rules on this page apply to browsing the website and buying through its checkout. They do not remove rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Listings, stock, and order acceptance

Our listings are intended to describe products, visuals, choices, and availability fairly and accurately. Display appearance may vary by screen. Products remain subject to availability until we accept the order; a cart entry is not a reservation. If a material listing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, or stock issue prevents fulfilment, we may contact you to correct or cancel the order and refund any captured payment as appropriate.

Customer accounts and access security

CAD pricing and taxes

Canadian dollars are used for displayed pricing unless the order screen specifies otherwise. Review the final amount and applicable tax shown at checkout before confirming a purchase. We cover applicable import duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges, and brokerage fees for deliveries to Canada, so no additional import bill should be due on delivery.

Payment

A payment is not confirmed until the selected provider authorizes it. Do not email full payment-card numbers, security codes, or account passwords. Our Payment Policy explains available methods, authorizations, and refunds.

Delivery and changes to an order

We offer free standard shipping throughout Canada with no minimum purchase. Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days and standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days; the usual total estimate is 5–8 business days. Estimated delivery timing can change and is not a guaranteed date. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; it may be possible only before processing or carrier handoff and cannot be guaranteed.

Returns and legal protections

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy. Approved returns go to a designated U.S. returns centre using a prepaid label or equivalent free return method; the store covers the approved cross-border return costs described in that policy. These terms do not override non-waivable consumer rights.

Site materials and external links

Website text, layout, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and may be used only as allowed by law and the site’s functions. Third-party links are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Updates and enquiries
